COMFORT Room: Two-bedded room in Hotel with WC, shower cubicle, hair drier, safe, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, air-conditioning and balcony or French door.
SUPERIOR Room: Two-bedded room in the Hotel or in the new Residence with spacious bathroom, shower cubicle, hair dryer, courtesy line, magnifying mirror, large balcony, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV, safe and air-conditioning. Beach towel, the  first furniture of the mini-bar is free and every day you'll receive your favourite daily paper.

ALL INCLUSIVE: daily supplement per person, that includes: beach service (1 umbrella and 2 sun beds, minimum for 2 adults) and drinks at meals (water, wine, beer, coke…) minimum 7 days
The above-stated prices refer to the three different types of room available (STANDARD - COMFORT - SUPERIOR) and include:

- from 2 to 6 years, discount of 50%;

- For a 3rd additional bed discount of 10% and for a 4th additional bed discount of 20%.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE HOTEL THEA
Bookings are only valid when a deposit of 200,00 Euro/per room is paid. The balance will take place before leaving (NO CREDIT CARD) - In reference to bookings, the first and last day of each stay are to be considered as the day of arrival and the day of departure respectively.
For stays of less than 3 days prices will be calculated by adding the cost of any meals taken to the room rate.
- No reductions are made for meals not taken by full board guests.
The day of arrival the room will be at guest's disposal form 12:00 am and on the day of departure it must be vacated before 10:00 am (regardless of the time of arrival).
