Room SUPERIOR: Two-bedded room in the Hotel or in the new Residence with spacious bathroom, shower cubicle, hair dryer, large balcony, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV, safe and air-conditioning. The first furniture of the mini-bar is free and every day you'll receive your favourite daily paper.

The above-stated prices refer to the three different types of room available; (STANDARD - COMFORT - SUPERIOR) and include:
- welcome cocktail.
- weekly entertainment with themed evenings for adults and children.
- full board accommodation (buffet-style breakfast, lunch and dinner with a choice of three menus and vegetable buffet), fully air conditioned restaurant and public areas, use of free partly covered car park, children's games area, sun terrace and lift. (VAT included).

FOR CHILDREN SHARING A ROOM WITH 2 ADULTS:
- Children up to 1 years free or Euro 8,00 (only cradle and child care to meals);
- from 2 to 6 years, discount of 50%;
- from 7 to 15 years, discount of 25%.
- For a 3rd additional bed discount of 10% and for a 4th additional bed discount of 20%.

- SPECIAL FAMILY DISCOUNT: 1 adult and 1 child (child reduction on request)

- SPECIAL FAMILY DISCOUNT: 2 adults and 2 children under 15 sharing the same room, discount of 50% for each child.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HOTEL THEA
- In reference to bookings, the first and last day of each stay are to be considered as the day of arrival and the day of departure respectively.
For stays of less than 3 days prices will be calculated by adding the cost of any meals taken to the room rate.
- No reductions are made for meals not taken by full board guests.
The day of arrival the room will be at guest's disposal form 12:00 am and on the day of departure it must be vacated before 10:00 am (regardless of the time of arrival).
